I (we) haven't written in a while and honestly, we might not write much more until we're moving along in our process, closer to approval for surgery.
We have our next Dietitian appointment at the new surgery center we are working with on the 24th and I'll try to update after that.
Lately, the strides I've been making have been too hard to write out for the world to see. I have a close group of supporters I talk to, lovely family and friends * in real life * that we talk to, and of course, each other.
Dealing with curbing an addiction to something you can't just quit, is nothing I've ever done before. It's hard. It's worth it. We'll get there.
I'm impressed with how we are doing. I'm happy with the progress we've made. And I'm excited about where we are heading.
